The art is cool and the game feel is nice, but, the controls are bad.
You should disable the acceleration and deceleration and make the player move faster
aiming was bad too. You can't be precise, maybe use the mouse to aim or only the keyboard, like WASD to move and arrows to aim. Also, CTRL to shoot wasn't a good idea, especially if you're going to use WASD

Thanks for the kind comment about the art! :-) The archer I did myself, (by following instructions on a YouTube tutorial) while background and birds are free assets. I will credit the original artists once the game gets out of alpha and beta.
Great point about the acceleration. I agree with you, I will correct that. It stayed that way because it was taught such in that YouTube tutorial, I suppose it works better with a PC controller which was used there.
Yap, and the aiming is really a challenge by itself. I got used to it by now and it is somewhat fun for me this imperfecion of getting the right angles to get a good shot. But I will agree with you once more. I will probably make it so that it uses WASD or arrow keys plus mouse for aiming.
I had to use CTRL or such "stronger" key because some keys don't react well when there are more than 2-3 keys pressed at the same time. This is a bit larger subject, but it will be solved if I manage to make it like said mouse plus keys.
